Transparency and accountability: restoring trust in government

Government should work for you—not the well-connected. Too often, decisions in Madison are made behind closed doors, with little input from the people who actually live with the consequences.

That’s not how a free society should work.

I’ll lead the charge for:

• Stronger open records and ethics rules with actual punishment for people who violate these laws

• Ending partisan gerrymandering with fair maps drawn by an independent panel

• Making the state budget more transparent and easier to understand

• A government that answers to the people—not special interests

Whether you're conservative, liberal, or somewhere in between—everyone deserves a government that earns their trust.
